Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Can I run cgi scripts on my free site?
Answer: You can't install cgi scripts on the server however we do provide you with a web board, form mail and a guest book.

Question: Can I have my own domain name?
Answer: At the moment we do not provide domain name hosting with our free hosting accounts but we may in the future.

Question: Can I upload my files via FTP?
Answer: Sorry, all files must be uploaded through the file manager. We may upgrade to allow FTP access in the future.

Question: Can I sign up for more than one account?
Answer: Yes, but there is a limit of 1 account per email address. You must use your account within 30 days.

Question: Why can't I login to my account?
Answer: You must use the account name and password that was emailed to you when you joined. Accounts that are inactive for more than 30 days after signing up are automatically removed.

Question: Why can't I upload my files?
Answer: The maximum allowed file size is 250KB. Each account is allowed up to 500 files and/or 20MB of space. Only the following file types are allowed: jpg, jpeg, gif, htm, html, mpeg, mp3, and avi.
